Established in September 2012, Great Plains Property Management in Sioux Falls is comprised of seven employees, which includes a Property Manager, Accounting Manager, Administrative Assistant, two full-time Maintenance Specialists, and two Residential Leasing Agents.
Chanelle has been a licensed Property Manager for three years and an assistant to a Property Management team for five years prior. Chanelle has the ability to perform a variety of property management functions with ease and competence while providing intangible skills in the areas of communication, foresight, and maturity. She has a profound ability to establish strong working relationships with all business contacts and property owners. Chanelle has successfully managed over 400 real estate units, which is comprised of over 20 owners.
Dennis has been a Maintenance Specialist for over 12 years. He currently oversees all members of our maintenance team. He supervises all maintenance requests, hired contractors, and does all on-site assessments. He coordinates all unit turn-overs by scheduling contract work, which includes carpet installation, painting, basic cleaning and maintenance. Prior to his involvement in real estate maintenance, Dennis worked at Carlson Distributing as a Sales Representative and Route Supervisor for 20 years.
